Phase #1

To assess the students on prior knowledge I will give them the pre-assessment that is in the lesson plan prior to the lesson.

The implications fro instructional planning and assessment will be based on the test at the end and the presentations of the graphs that they create on there interests. as a class we will also have a discussion on some graphs of my choice to implement diversity.

The goals set for the students are set clearly set in the lesson plan all students will achieve at least an 85% on the post test. These goals were also aligned directly with the state standards for the third grade Arizona students making them appropriate for grade level.

this plan is organized so that I will be able to tell were my students set in the subject that I will be teaching them and start the lesson wherever it is necessary. There are higher level questions involved for the students with higher understanding. This project allows the student to create and analyze their own,. and other students work. They will be be using technology to create their own graphs to make the students make their graphs more detailed.

When finished my student will be able to interpret graphs, they will also understand the vocabulary used in reading graphs. To keep my students engaged I plan to use differentiated learning skills, that way no one will be held back or rushed I have made adaptions for ADHD, vision impalement and a few others..the individual student needs are stated in the lesson plan.
